Purpose of the Grant

Guidelines: Application should describe the specific situation of the student in financial need*.
Name of student should NOT be included. Checks will be issued in the name of the school/organization and directed to the grant writer on behalf of the student. More than one grant request from any organization will be considered.
*Need situations can vary greatly. Examples of grants made in the past include those awarded for school-related educational or prep courses, fare for transportation to job interviews, and clothing for interviews and special events and sports. Fees for student/school related activities will also be considered.
This section MUST include:
A. Detailed description of the financial need situation of the student and
B. The specific listing of expenses for which the grant money will be used
